Orders processed through osingredientscricket.com will be shipped within 7 to 14 business days after payment has been processed, unless otherwise specified. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Free shipping on orders over $130 is valid on all orders shipped in the continental United States, and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. The $130 threshold applies to merchandise only. This does not include gift cards, taxes, and shipping and handling costs. The total order amount must be over $130 to qualify. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

If you choose to ship Standard Ground and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive free shipping on all shipping destinations if over $130 in merchandise is shipped to each address. Shipping orders in the continental United States will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the time payment is processed. Rush orders are available and may take 2 to 3 business days (please note there will be additional fees for rush orders) from the time payment is processed, depending on order preference. We do apologize but shipments being delivered outside of the continental United States is not eligible for rush delivery.

Orders may be sent to more than one address. Each order is considered a separate order and will be individually charged the appropriate shipping fees. We currently ship via USPS. USPS delivers packages 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and holidays. Once your entire order is processed, you will receive shipping confirmation via email with the USPS tracking information.

Delivery times are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. You can view the status of your order by logging into your osingredientscricekt.com account. Once your order has been processed, you can track your order by either contacting USPS at 1-800-222-1811 during the hours of 8 AM - 8:30 PM ET Monday through Friday, and 8 AM - 6 PM ET on Saturdays; USPS is closed on Sundays and holidays. Cancellations or changes to an order must be made within 24 hours after the order has been place. Please note that cancellations or changes are not guaranteed due to the possibility of the order already being processed. Full price returns:

The full amount of your purchase will be credited to the original form of payment (credit or debit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 14 days of the shipping date that appears on your invoice. If a return is postmarked within the 14 days then you will receive a full refund. Each item returned must have the original invoice included in the returned package, and the original tags must be on the item/s. Please note that any items postmarked after the 14 days but within 21 days of the shipping date are eligible for store/online credit only. No returns will be accepted after 21 days of the shipping date shown on the invoice. The amount of credit will be the amount paid for the item/s at the time of purchase excluding taxes and the shipping costs. You will not receive credit for any item/s that appears to have been worn or destroyed. You will receive an email confirmation after the credit from the return has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Any apparel that has been tailored or personalized is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Making a return:

We will provide you with a postage-paid return label via email or postal mail. For your convenience, please use the original shipping box and packing materials. Place the label onto the package and mail or drop the package off at your nearest USPS location. If the item/s are returned due to damage prior to original delivery then Osrick Ingredients Cricket will be responsible for shipping fees. If the items are returned due to any other reason the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees which will be deducted from the credit amount. Please allow 10-14 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Making an exchange:

As long as the item/s being returned is within 21 days of the shipping date, please contact Osrick Ingredients Cricket for a return label via email at sales@osingredientscricket.com or by calling 844.222.8500 Ext. 502. We will provide you with a postage-paid return label via email or postal mail. For your convenience, please use the original shipping box and packing materials. Exchange requests for items must be made within 14 days from the shipping date that appears on your invoice. Please specify the exchange item and the new color, size or item change on the return/exchange form and include the form in the return package. Place the label onto the package and mail or drop the package off at your nearest USPS location. If the exchange is due to a mistake on the part of Osrick Ingredients Cricket we will pay the shipping costs to send a replacement item, and will send the item ground delivery. If the exchange is due to a mistake on the part the customer then the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Returned exchange items will be credited to the original form of payment and then a new order will be placed with the updated item/s. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed. You will be notified by email upon the completion of the exchange process. Please allow 10-14 business days for us to receive and process the exchange.
